法国前总理：法中以气候合作为契机 凝聚全球共识 | 世界观

  《联合国气候变化框架公约》第二十八次缔约方大会(COP28)即将在阿联酋迪拜开幕。法国前总理让-皮埃尔·拉法兰接受中新网记者专访时表示，当前全球气候变化形势异常严峻，国际社会应贯彻落实《巴黎协定》并采取具体行动，法中应以携手应对气候变化为契机，凝聚全球共识。(彭大伟 葛勇 赵丽)

  The 28th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28) is about to commence in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Former French Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin has said that the current situation of climate change is severe, and the most urgent task is to implement the Paris Agreement and take concrete actions. Raffarin called for taking climate action as an opportunity to build global consensus.
